What this is
YourLongevity360 is a free guide to longevity care: what the evidence supports, what it costs, and where to get it. Every intervention carries an evidence grade. Every vendor is rated on five fixed dimensions, named Top Pick, Recommended or Reviewed within its tier, and listed at a verified price. Every plan is built on the same evidence at every budget.
How the grades are made
Each evidence grade follows the published YL360 Methodology: a fixed rubric that ranks sources the way USPSTF and Cochrane do, grades the quality of the evidence separately from the size of the effect, and records the version of the method it was made under. Every rating-driving fact carries its source, the source's tier, and the date it was verified.
A grade describes the quality of the research. It is not a treatment recommendation.

- Tier 1 · Independent primary — peer-reviewed studies, certifications, FDA clearances
- Tier 2 · Verified vendor — price, locations, specs, each dated
- Tier 3 · Triangulated independent — several non-advertising sources, cross-checked
- Tier 4 · First-hand — where we've used it, we say so
How the grades are checked
Each grade shows whether it has been checked against the method, by whom, and when — or that it hasn't been yet. Reviewers check grades within the scope of their training; scope is listed on each profile.

How YourLongevity360 started
YourLongevity360 was started by Luke LaManna after he tried to build a longevity plan for himself. The field had never had more going for it: new tests and scans, a wave of labs and clinics delivering preventive care in new ways, many of them nationwide. What it didn't have was a way to tell what was worth doing. The information was everywhere, not all of it accurate, and nobody had put the evidence, the prices and the options side by side. He spent more than a decade as an equity analyst covering healthcare and co-founded a Milwaukee dental group that grew to nearly 100 dental professionals. He runs the analysis; he is not your doctor.
How this is paid for
YourLongevity360 is free for everyone. When you book a scan or a test through a link on a comparison page, we may earn a commission from that vendor. A commission never changes a rating, no vendor can pay for placement, and no more than one in three rated vendors in any category carries one of those links. Professionals who use YL360 with their clients pay a subscription, and their version carries no commission links at all.
The free Foundation protocol earns us approximately nothing. That's the point.
What we don't do
YourLongevity360 is a health-education site. We do not practice medicine, diagnose conditions, or recommend treatments. Evidence grades describe research quality; vendor ratings describe the buying experience. Neither is a treatment recommendation. Talk to your doctor about what's right for you.
